The 28th IPMA World Congress was held from September 29th to October 1st in the City of Rotterdam, The Netherlands under the main theme: “Innovation through Dialogue”.

4 enable2change experts were present and active. Brigitte Schaden received the “Honorary Fellowship” by the International Project Management Association (IPMA®), an honour only conferred on persons rendering exceptional services for IPMA. Gilbert Silvius was track chair for sustainability and presented on “Best practices in sustainable project management”. Martina Huemann presented in the academic stream about the results of her newest research project, “Bridging the Research Practice Gap: The research project Rethink! Project Stakeholder Management as an example”. And Dagmar Zuchi presented with around 100 participants in the “out of the box” stream about “Alternative Working Forms for the Dialogue with relevant Stakeholders when Initiating and Planning a Project”. As every year, it was again worthwhile to take part, to network, to learn and to party at the IPMA World Congress, this year perfectly well organized by the Dutch hosts.
