dagmar silvius-zuchi

Dr. Dagmar Silvius-Zuchi is a senior consultant and trainer. For a period of around 20 years she has gained valuable experience in managing and consulting projects, programmes, managing and supporting changes and developing people. Between 2009 and 2013 she was partner in Roland Gareis Consulting in Vienna and Bucharest. Her experience derives from different industries and change types. She is a lecturer at SKEMA Business School, the WU Vienna University of Economics and Business, the Donau University Krems, the Lauder Business School and at several other universities.

Dagmar has done the following certifications: IPMA (Level B), PMI (PMP), PRINCE2 (P2 Practitioner) and SCRUM Master (scrum.org) and has profound knowledge about standards in project management. She contributed for 9 years as part of the Austrian Delegation to the development of the ISO 21500 “Project Management“ and the ISO standard “Governance of Projects, Programmes and Portfolios” and was as head of the Austrian Delegation also involved in the development of other PM standards of the ISO TC 258.

Dagmar studied Business Administration at the WU Vienna University Economics and Business and the Erasmus University Rotterdam. From WU Vienna she holds a PhD.

In addition to her in depth knowledge and experience, Dagmar is a gifted facilitator who can mobilise people and bring energy to any group.
